We created these teaching videos over a long period to address various needs, such as:
• “I want to practice more, but scheduling time to come to the dojo is difficult.”
• “I want to review repeatedly because I easily forget what I have learned.”
• “I’m worried if I’m practicing correctly.”
In these videos, demonstrate the techniques and provides guidance and key points to remember in an easy-to-understand manner. In addition, English subtitles are included to help foreign practitioners better understand the content.
In martial arts, as the saying goes, “mokunenshiyou,” learning begins with imitation.
These videos will be a lifelong treasure for all aspiring martial arts practitioners, beginning students, and even instructors.
